What is the return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not provide return and exchange services, either for any change of mind or damage from courier handling. We highly recommend that you go over your indie beauty products and indie makeup before checking out
What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?
If you experience any allergic reaction with one of our products (e.g. makeup or cosmetics), do get in touch with our customer service team at hello[at]refinin.com. It will help us communicate with the brand involved to find an appropriate solution. We also recommend seeking expert opinion from your dermatologist.
Again, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Different skin types may have different reactions to a certain product, especially with makeup. Before purchasing, make sure to read the ingredients thoroughly. It is also important to know the substances you are allergic to.
What if the items were missing/incorrect?
First of all, our sincerest apologies for this hassle. Do get in touch with our Customer Service team so that we can get back to you as soon as possible. Please include the image of the item/parcel received, name of item received and order number. Do not dispose any of the items as Refinin’ may need it for further investigation.
